A quiet space to reset and restore

The Longevity Lab is a shared wellness room at our office, 420 3rd St NE in Charlottesville. Together with two colleagues, I have gathered a collection of modern wellness tools that support the nervous system, recovery, and overall well-being.

You are not locked into one program. A visit is a calm, guided chance to try what is available, notice how your body responds, and discover what actually helps you right now.

How it works

Every visit is by appointment only, so the room stays unhurried. What helps you relax and recover one week may be different the next, and the lab gives you a simple, low-pressure way to find out.

The lab also pairs well with the work we may already be doing together, including psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and EMDR.

It can be used concurrently with some of the other wellness tools in the lab.
